RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, items may be returned to us for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days of the date of order, provided the item is more than 2/3 full. You must notify us first for a return authorization. However, as our return rate is so low and customer satisfaction so high, please notify us if you are having a problem and we may be able to provide advice on how best to use the item(s) in question.
We will accept returns for items damaged in shipping such as broken glass or leakage, and for items that may have been shipped incorrectly. We must be notified within 7 days regarding damaged/missing items, viaemail, fax or telephone..
